ORIGIN OF TEMPLE:- Mullutharayil Kalari was Re- Orgganised as Mullutharayil Sree Bhadra - Krim Kali Moorthi Temple after its pura Prathista in the past about 600 years before the kala kalaripayattu were on-going under the leadership of the Kalari Assan.They ware work-shipping Sree Krim Kali moorthi Devi as their Kula Dheyvam.There center Sree Bhadra Kali was appeared in front of them Kalari Assan and asked him to allow her to site in-support to the Krim Kali moorthi is Mullutharayil Kalari and allowed the Assan.The Devotees are worshiping these two gods almighty others as teir Desh Devadas...... BHADRA KALI DEVI;-THERE ARE TWO TRADITIONAL VERSIONS REGARDING THE ORIGIN- INCARNATIONS OR AVATAR OF BHADRAKALI .THE FIRST VERSION ASSOCIATED WITH THE DAKSH AND DAKSHAYAGA, FROM THE MORE SHAIVISM RELATED TRADITION AND GLIMPSES OF THE VERSION CAN BE SEEN IN SOME PURANAS. ആപ്പിണ്ടി വിളക്ക് 

 ഹൈന്ദവ ആരാധനാലയംത്തിൽ മാത്രം മായി കാണപ്പെടുന്ന ഒരു ആചാരം കൂടി ആണ്  ആപ്പിണ്ടി എഴുന്നള്ളത്തും ,ആപ്പിണ്ടി വിളക്ക്.

ആപ്പിണ്ടി വിളക്ക് വഴിപാട് വളരെ പ്രസിദ്ധിയാർജിച്ചതാണ്. മുള്ളുതറയിൽ ദേവീക്ഷേത്രംത്തിൽ ഈവഴിപാട് ഭക്തർ നടത്തിവരുന്നു . എട്ടോ പതിനാറോ ദിവസം വ്രതം എടുത്താണ് ആപ്പിണ്ടി വിളക്ക് എടുക്കുന്നത് .പല വലിപ്പത്തിലും ആകൃതിയിലും ആപ്പിണ്ടി സജ്ജീകരിക്കാറുണ്ട്. വാഴപ്പിണ്ടി കുഴിച്ചുനിറുത്തുന്നതിനുപകരം പ്രത്യേകം ചട്ടങ്ങളിൽ ഉറപ്പിച്ച് പല തട്ടുകളിൽ ദീപങ്ങൾ ക്രമീകരിച്ച് മൂന്നുനാലു പേർ ചുമലിൽ വഹിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് നടക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണവും ഇതുണ്ടാക്കാറുണ്ട്. ചതുരം ,സമചതുരം രീതിയിൽ ചെറിയ പലക അല്ലങ്കിൽ  അലക്‌ കഷണം വെച്ച് അടിസ്ഥാനം യുണ്ടാക്കും .അതിന് ശേഷം ആ നാല്‌ദിക്കിനും മുകളിലോട്ട്  ഒരു വശം ത്രികോണം വരത്തക്ക രീതിയിൽ ഒരു ചെറിയ കഷ്‌ണം  വാഴ പിണ്ടി എടുത്തു മുകളിൽ തറച്ചുവെക്കും (കുത്തിവെക്കും )നാല് വശവും ത്രികോണംകിട്ടണം .അതിൽ വാഴ പോളകൾ കൊണ്ടും ,കുരുത്തോലകൊണ്ടും അലങ്കരിക്കും .തെങ്ങിൻപൂകൊല മുകളിൽ ഉള്ള വാഴ പിണ്ടിയിൽ കുത്തിനിർത്തും ,ചെറിയ തീ പന്തങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ടും ,പൂമാലകൾ കൊണ്ടും അലങ്കരിക്കും .
